Have you ever stopped to ask yourself:
Who told me that?
Who told you that you have to keep everybody happy?
That you need to know what’s going to happen?
That because you see a problem, it’s yours to fix?
That “this is just how I am”?
Some of the beliefs, assumptions and habits directing our lives have been with us for so long that we’ve stopped questioning them.
And familiar can start to feel a whole lot like true.
In Episode 39, we’re getting curious about the rules we live by, the stories our minds fill in for us, and what happens when “that’s just how I am” deserves another look.
There will also be a brief discussion of personality numbers. I have thoughts. 😂
