  • I Used ChatGPT for Trauma Reflection — My Honest Experience
    2025/12/26

In this video, I share a deeply personal experience where I answered a series of questions that unexpectedly led to profound self-awareness around childhood trauma, people-pleasing, and feeling like I had to earn my right to exist.

What you’re hearing is my real-time reflection, my honest answers, and why this process impacted me so deeply. This experience may not feel the same for everyone, and that’s okay. Healing is not one-size-fits-all.

This video is shared for reflection and awareness, not as a solution or method.

    ⚠️ Trigger / Content Warning:

This video discusses childhood emotional trauma, abandonment, people-pleasing, and feelings of unworthiness or not feeling worthy of being here. Please take care of yourself while watching and pause if needed.

    🧠 Disclaimer:

This video is not therapy, and I am not a licensed mental health professional. I’m sharing my personal experience only. If therapy or professional mental health support feels like the best option for you, I fully encourage that.

If you choose to try this yourself, please do so slowly, honestly, and with self-compassion. You do not need to push yourself through all of it at once.

    Prompt:

Ask me 10 questions one at a time that will reveal more about myself than I myself have ever known. Don’t tell me why you’re asking.

If emotions come up that feel overwhelming, please pause and seek support from a trusted person or a licensed professional.

    A Gentle Reminder

What was powerful for me may feel neutral, emotional, or uncomfortable for someone else — and all of that is valid. You don’t need to “get” anything from this for it to be meaningful.

You are allowed to move at your own pace.

If this resonated with you, you’re not alone 🤍

Thank you for being here and for witnessing this part of my journey.

  • The Identity Shift: Past to Empowered
    2025/11/21

So many of us carry trauma in our bodies without even realizing it. We repeat the same cycles, attract the same relationships, and feel stuck in the same patterns—not because we’re broken, but because our nervous systems are still trying to protect us from things that already happened.

In this episode, I’m opening up about the moments that shaped me:

    • How my dad going to prison created wounds that later showed up as toxic and abusive relationships

    • How losing my brother at 23 reinforced the belief that love leaves

    • And how these experiences kept my body living in the past, even when my mind wanted to move forward

But more importantly, I talk about how healing begins when you stop identifying with your past and start identifying with who you’re becoming.

You cannot step into your future if you’re still arguing for your limitations. You cannot attract healthy love if you’re still carrying the belief that love is unsafe. You cannot rise if your nervous system is still bracing for impact.

    We dive into:

✨ How trauma lives in the body

✨ Why your patterns repeat—and how to break them

✨ What it means to “move through” your trauma instead of avoiding it

✨ Practical ways to shift from survival mode into self-love, empowerment, and expansion

My intention with this episode is to help you see your own story differently—to recognize that what happened to you isn’t who you are. You are allowed to write a new chapter. You are allowed to heal. You are allowed to have a future that looks nothing like your past.

If this resonates with you, make sure to subscribe and share this with someone who needs it. We’re healing together here. 🤍✨

  • The Imprint: The Trauma Hasn’t Left
    2025/11/14

In this episode, we’re talking about something most people feel every day but can’t explain — the way trauma lives inside the body long after the moment has passed. Trauma doesn’t just sit in your mind. It settles into your muscles, your posture, your breathing, and your energy centers.

Each chakra holds a different type of emotional imprint, and depending on what you’ve lived through, your body carries that experience in its own way:

🔥 Root Chakra — where fear, instability, and survival experiences get stored

🧡 Sacral Chakra — where emotional pain, abandonment, and violations of trust show up

💛 Solar Plexus — where control, power struggles, and self-worth wounds take root

💚 Heart Chakra — where grief, heartbreak, and loss settle into the chest

💙 Throat Chakra — where silence, not being heard, and suppressed truth live

💜 Third Eye — where confusion, denial, and distorted self-perception linger

🤍 Crown — where disconnection from purpose or meaning can feel heavy

This isn’t about being “broken” or “blocked.” It’s about understanding how the body remembers what the mind tries to move past. When you can name where your pain has been living, you can finally understand why you feel the way you do.

If this episode speaks to you, thank you for being here. Your body has carried so much — and becoming aware of it is powerful on its own.
