  • Elle: Follow Your Heart
    2026/04/22

This one started with a plot twist I did not see coming.

I sat down, meditated, and recorded what I genuinely believe was my best diary yet. An hour of pure flow. Jokes that made me laugh at myself. Insights I'd never said out loud before. And then I looked at the screen.

    55 seconds. That's all that recorded. 😳

    In this reflection:

✨ Why expressing yourself authentically is never a waste, even when no one sees it

✨ The bass drop visualization I've been getting in meditation that changed everything

✨ What it feels like when the engine gets going and the signal starts flowing

✨ The personality hire theory, and why being the vibe will always beat being the workhorse

✨ How to let your heart drive your entire day, task by task. I call it heart-based living!

This one went everywhere. From the depths of frustration to pure joy, play, and flow. I talked for over an hour and I genuinely have no idea what I said half the time. That's my favorite part.

Drop a comment and tell me if you've ever lost something you created. I'd love to hear from you.

  • Elle: I Disappeared For A Year And Came Back Different
    2026/04/15

I'm back. After nearly a year away, I sat down, meditated for 30 minutes, and recorded whatever came through, just like I always have. And wow, did a lot come through.

    In this reflection:

✨ Why I disappeared and what "the forest" of inner work actually looked like

✨ The $50K salesman story that explains the glass ceiling on my nervous system

✨ How I healed an unhealthy relationship I was too embarrassed to even look at

✨ Why reducing inputs is the only way to increase your outputs

✨ How The Board Walks went from 2 cities to 14 (and where we're going!)

This past year was an initiation. Deep inner work, shadow integration, forgiveness practices in the bathtub, nervous system resets. I stepped down from hosting the walks in July 2025. I went off social media entirely. I gave myself the space I'd been refusing to give myself my entire life.

And I came into 2026 like a ROCKET.

The walks are now in 14 cities. The Friday Debrief newsletter has thousands of readers. The Board is being built. And I feel more like myself than I ever have.

If you're in the forest right now, keep going. This one's for you.

Drop a comment and tell me where you are in your journey. I'd love to hear from you.

  • What Is Self-Love? (Hint: Boundaries)
    2026/03/30

We asked someone at The Board Walks: "What does self-love mean to you?"

His answer? Volunteering. Helping others. Doing for everyone but himself.

And it hit us. most people think self-love is selfish. Or they think it's bubble baths and face masks.

But what it actually is? Boundaries. Self-love is making rest a priority. It's turning off work mode at a certain time. It's saying no to things that drain you, even if it disappoints people you care about. It's alone time to recharge so you can actually show up for the world.

We live in a culture that glorifies breaking your back to create a table for others to eat off of. But here's the truth: you can't give from an empty cup. And when people serve others while avoiding themselves, they're often running from something, their own dreams, their potential, the uncomfortable work of sitting with themselves.

In this episode, we break down what self-love actually looks like in practice. We talk about the relaxation crisis, why discipline is self-love, how to send your body gratitude, the importance of pausing between tasks, and why being in your head all day is destroying your nervous system.

    ✨ Thank you for listening!
