Take a look back at your life five years ago. Who did you talk to all the time? Who was part of your everyday world? Now look at your life today. Chances are, the picture has changed.
In this episode of Keepin’ It Real, we’re talking about the natural shifts that happen in our relationships as life moves forward. Sometimes people move away. Seasons change. Kids grow up. Jobs change. We get older. Priorities shift. And yes, sometimes we simply outgrow a relationship, or realize it belonged beautifully to a particular season.
That doesn’t mean something went wrong.
We talk about the harder side of those transitions, too: What do you do when someone who once played a significant role in your life simply isn’t part of it anymore? How do you honor what a relationship was without believing you have to somehow recreate it? And how do you stay open to the new people God may be bringing into your life?
Growing is a good thing. And sometimes part of growing is recognizing that not everyone is meant to occupy the same place in every chapter.
You’re not necessarily losing something. You may simply be making room for what—and who—is part of the season ahead.
Pull up a chair and join us. We’re Keepin’ It Real about friendships, changing seasons, letting go without bitterness, and trusting that God knows exactly who we need along the way.
Bring Keepin’ It Real to Your Community
If you’re looking for a speaker for your women’s group, event, or gathering, we would be honored to come alongside you. Whether it’s a small, intimate circle or a larger room filled with women at every stage of life, our heart is the same—to connect, to uplift, and to spark something lasting. These aren’t just talks… they’re moments that stay with you, conversations that continue long after the event ends, and gentle reminders that God is at work in every story represented in the room.
If that resonates with you, we invite you to reach out. We’d be honored to learn more about your group and explore what it could look like to come alongside you.
