What happens when you’ve done all the inner work, but your actual life still isn’t changing?
You’ve read the books. You’ve listened to the podcasts. You’ve journaled, meditated, said the affirmations and worked on your mother wound. But you’re still struggling with money, stability, your career, or simply taking care of yourself.
At some point, the inner work has to become outer work.
In this episode, I’m answering a listener question about how we take everything we’ve learned about ourselves and actually use it to change our lives.
For me, one of the biggest realizations was that I couldn’t think, study, meditate or heal my way out of being afraid. I had to start doing shit while I was still afraid.
Apply for the job.
Go to the networking event alone.
Ask for help.
Make the money however you need to make it.
Stop letting shame and what you think other people might think make decisions about your real life.
Because sometimes what looks like a money problem is also a safety problem, a self-trust problem and a mother wound problem.
In this episode:
• Why inner work without outer action keeps us stuck
• How the mother wound can affect money and financial stability
• Why you may struggle to see yourself beyond what your mother modeled for you
• The connection between shame, fear and missed opportunities
• Why exposure to new people and possibilities matters
• Learning to take care of yourself even when it doesn’t look impressive
• Why consistency and commitment to yourself have to become part of your healing
You do not need another book before you make a move.
At some point, you have to take everything you’ve learned about yourself and go do the fucking thing.
