What do you do when someone you love disappears without an explanation?

In this deeply personal episode of Human(ing) Well, Amber Cabral explores one of the most difficult and misunderstood parts of friendship: the seasons when someone goes silent. Amber challenges the idea that healthy friendships should always be perfectly balanced or require constant communication. Instead, she argues that lasting friendships are built on grace, trust, and the willingness to let relationships breathe through different seasons of life.
