What happens when you put Harry Nilsson and John Lennon is a recording studio together in 1974 with lots of booze? You get Pussycats- one of the strangest and messiest souvenirs of Lennon's infamous 'Lost Weekend.' From late drunken nights and damaged vocal chords to an all-star line-up of studio musicans, the making of Pussycats is every bit as entertaining as the record itself.

On this episode of Jon's WTF Music Moments, Jon digs into the chaotic story behind an album that somehow miracously survived its own recording sessions.
