Before launching his coaching practice, Adam founded and led the marketing agency Up&Up for more than 20 years before successfully exiting the business in 2023. A certified executive coach with additional training in Conscious Leadership, Adam is passionate about helping entrepreneurs develop the confidence, habits, and self-awareness needed to lead thriving organizations while creating meaningful impact.
