  • US Open Round One: Djokovic Is OUT, Alcaraz Is Back & The Drama Begins
    2026/09/02

The US Open is officially underway and round one has already given Theo and Andrea plenty to talk about. From Novak Djokovic’s shock early exit and Carlos Alcaraz’s very convincing return to Stefanos Tsitsipas finally getting one over on Arthur Fils, they break down the biggest matches, upsets and moments from New York so far. There’s also Naomi Osaka’s headline making walkout look, Medvedev’s questionable gum habit, influencer chaos in the stands, a potential tennis dynasty romance and, of course, some possibly ill advised predictions for who will be lifting the trophies at the end of the fortnight.

  • Inside Team Sabalenka: The Psychology of Winning with Jason Stacy
    2026/08/27

Jason Stacy has coached world number one Aryna Sabalenka through some of the biggest moments of her career, but his own journey to elite sport is just as extraordinary. In this episode, Theo and Andrea sit down with Jason to discuss his new book The Pressure Code, the lessons he learned from surviving homelessness as a child, and why pressure doesn't create character, it reveals it.

Together, they explore what separates fighters from warriors, how to perform when everything is on the line, and the daily habits that help world class athletes stay calm under pressure. Jason also shares behind the scenes stories from Team Sabalenka, the surprising rituals that help protect energy during tournaments, and why greatness is something we can all cultivate, on and off the court.

  • Wimbledon Is Over and We're Not Okay
    2026/07/15

Post-Wimbledon blues have officially kicked in, so we're getting together for one last debrief before our summer break. Tamara Prenn is back to unpack two dramatic singles finals, Linda Nosková's incredible mental reset, Jannik Sinner's continued dominance and whether winning Roland Garros has finally unlocked a new version of Alexander Zverev. Plus, Theo reports from her ridiculously good Centre Court seats, where she had a front-row view of Sinner's box, his very stressed mother and a Royal Box packed with tennis's favourite celebrity superfans.

Then, we get into the real hard-hitting journalism of Wimbledon: Tamara's intense eye contact with Flavio Cobolli, the dog question that accidentally started a movement, Ali G's surprise appearance and the deeply uncomfortable Champions Dinner dance we simply couldn't look away from. There is also a collective realisation that none of us are emotionally prepared for Wimbledon to be over. See you on the hard courts!
