What is the Christ consciousness? That's the focus of today's “Quick Key” from the Unlocking the Soul podcast. While many associate the term Christ consciousness with Christianity or Jesus, our best metaphysical sources, from Edgar Cayce to Paul Selig to Dolores Cannon, agree that Christ consciousness is actually a universal frequency. They are each a piece of God incarnate, just like us. But they arrived from the higher or upper astral planes. So Jesus's mission was to model what is possible in the flesh, to show us how to raise our vibration to a point where we are in total alignment with the creator. That's all of our destiny, our ascension path that led us to come to Earth in the first place. Edgar Cayce described Jesus as the soul who first completed the cycle of earthly lives to attain perfection. He then returned on a voluntary mission to help us reach our own destiny. Paul Selig describes this “christed” state as being accessible to all humans. It's the moment we move beyond the frequency of fear and recognize our oneness with “All That Is.” This is especially relevant now. Many believe we are entering a period of planetary ascension into the New Earth. This isn't just about man attaining this state, it's about mass awakening as the Earth itself transitions to a higher density. We are invited to join that shift by embodying our christed selves. So how do we prepare? One. Choose light over heavy in every moment. Choose the lighter thought, action, or even food. Two. Releasing karma. Practice forgiveness and non-attachment. Let that black stuff or regret or despair fall away. Three. Focus on the light. Don't get caught up in the chaos of the crumbling old world. Keep your vision on the airy beauty of the new Earth.
