If you want real stories from feminine business owners making quiet, deeply powerful moves in the world, this episode is for you.

Welcome to episode 2 in this series; Exploring the Feminine Economy.

This series asks the questions about a new way of doing business that honours the body, celebrates the soft alongside the strong, and prioritises the wellness of all.

Today I’m joined by the beautiful Mary Lofgren, certified feminine embodiment coach and host of the Come to Your Senses podcast. Mary has been a long time inspiration for me and this conversation was such an honour.

In this episode, we explore:

• Mary’s body of work in illuminating how our senses and and seeking beauty and pleasure is essential in life
• the value of pleasure in the face of a capitalist world
• the role of sustainability and slow growth, and how it relates to Mary’s capacity in business
• what true wealth feels like
• the sneaky belief of inadequacy and how we’re all vulnerable to it - regardless of our level of expertise
• how slowness, integrity, and invitation as opposed to gate-keeping is a quietly powerful gateway to marketing and resonance with your audience
• the seduction of life, beauty as a way of communicating and how both can be woven into feminine sales
• an invitation to lay the checklist down, and invite in play and curiosity

Welcome to an organic, real conversation that wanders from our deepest beliefs and values, to our hairy scrappy parts that we’re still working through!
