How can the wisdom of a 2000 year old book unlock the secret to effortless success?
And what happens when the modern day idea of productivity goes too far?
In this video I dive into the common misconception that pushing ourselves to the limit and “grinding” ourselves into dust is the key to success. Many of us have experienced this relentless pursuit, attempting to do more, be better, and go faster.
However, as I've found, this approach often leads to burnout and exhaustion. It leads you to thinking that there’s got to be a better way… (Don’t worry, there is - and it turns out we’ve known about it for thousands of years.) The real journey begins when we transition to sustainability, focusing on doing our best at any given moment and striving for full capacity - only then can we truly achieve “success.”
