As you and I grow older, we must learn to identify activities that are worth it vs. the ones that are a waste of our time.

We're all born with dreams, goals and visions. Some are attainable and others are not. We need to know when to accept that our time has passed and it's time to pivot.

Consistency is key, but sometimes it's hard to be consistent due to the nature of our every day life...that's why we should develop a rhythm.

When the new year begins we set new goals to reach. Sometimes, we don't reach these goals and blame others instead of ourselves...but we should instead say, maybe it's me.

Growing old is both beautiful and frightening. As we grow old, it's important to do things differently.

Part of being successful is taking risks...or so we're taught. Let's develop a better understanding of when to take the right risk.
