I use an analogy of a seed to compare humans to plants. I discussed changing our environment to suit our needs rather than telling ourselves to man up or deal with it. I discussed how to stay inspired and gave some examples of systems that allow me to follow my passions easier. I discussed having role models to look up to and use their strengths as our own. I also discussed how we need to value the lives of the people we talk to in order to learn and grow from them. Finally, I discussed bettering our life by changing the world around us one small step at a time.
