Yo. This is cool…7,000 + downloads, thank you!

This week, Rich & Ben chat about dealing with judgement from others, both in their drinking days & after choosing a sober life; the impact judgement can have on confidence, recovery & self-acceptance & why we all want to feel loved & accepted.

Harry Potter star, Jason Isaacs is 28 years sober & “in the frame”, amazing & are Rich & Ben starting car park wars?!

Ben (aka Baked Bean face) survives Queue-Rage before a sober family celebration & Rich takes us to Beaver Farm for “drink of the week”. Don’t ask.
