Your body has been sending you signals your whole life. A discomfort you couldn’t name. A knowing that something wasn’t right. A feeling you pushed down because you were taught that there wasn’t space for it.
This episode is the beginning of something different.
In this first session of the Becoming Yourself Freely series, we go back to where it started. Through a heart-centered induction and a subconscious regression, you’ll find the part of you that learned to abandon yourself in order to belong … to keep the peace, to be loved, to hold everything together. You’ll understand what job that part has been doing for you. You’ll thank it. And you’ll give it something new to do.
Then we install the truth your nervous system has been waiting to receive: your feelings are real, your needs are valid, and you are the one worth staying for.
Best listened to at night as you fall asleep, or first thing in the morning before you get out of bed. Headphones recommended. Please do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
