We break chakras down into a clear, usable map for noticing patterns in your emotions, behaviour, and energy. We share where each chakra sits, what balance can feel like, and simple visualisations you can try straight away.

• what chakras are and why they can go out of sync
• a personal healing story that builds trust in chakra work
• Earth Star and feet chakras for grounding and direction
• root and sacral themes like safety, boundaries, creativity and intimacy
• solar plexus signs of low self-worth or over-control
• heart chakra patterns around trust, forgiveness and people pleasing
• throat and third eye cues for truth, intuition and mental clarity
• crown, soul star and stellar gateway as higher connection with real-world balance

The Longest Hallway | Season 4

This season explores the space between knowing your life must change and becoming the person who is ready to walk through the next door.

The Longest Hallway is about the part we rarely talk about: the space between who you were and who you are becoming. The roles we have outgrown. The stories we still carry. The things we know intellectually but have not yet fully released.

The Longest Hallway by Jan Mayfield will be published on 1 November 2026.
