With understanding around different neurodivergent conditions (such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia) increasing everyday, it seems natural that workplace conditions and reasonable adjustments should be improving too. Whilst they are to some degree, there is still a large gap between what is being done and what needs to be done. A recently cited stat states that 70% of managers believe they’re doing enough, whilst only 30% of neurodivergent staff agree.
