Before a woman chooses what she will carry forward, she has already inherited something: a story, a warning, a freedom, an expectation, a way of surviving, or a picture of who she is allowed to become.

In the opening episode of the inaugural Jam Sessions with Tina Eliana Women’s Equality Day series, ten women enter an honest, cross-generational roundtable centered on one question: What did we inherit?

The conversation begins with the women whose lives taught us something before we had the language to call it leadership. From there, it widens into the freedoms, expectations, systems, and assumptions women navigate, often without stopping to consider the history beneath them.

This is not a history lecture or a collection of polished answers. It is a deeply human conversation about women’s leadership, generational influence, family legacy, identity, representation, age, voice, lived experience, and the distance between progress made and equality completed.
