What Are Your Gifts? How to Discover Your Strengths, Purpose & Unique Talents
Have you ever stopped to ask yourself, “What are my gifts?”
We often recognize the talents and strengths of everyone around us while overlooking our own. And sometimes our greatest gifts aren't the ones that appear on a résumé. They are the quieter qualities we bring to our relationships, careers, leadership, and everyday lives.
Inspired by the August 9 reflection Calling Forth Our Gifts in Sarah Ban Breathnach's Simple Abundance, this episode invites you to slow down and recognize what may have been within you all along.
In this episode, we explore:
• How to identify your natural gifts and personal strengths
• Why the things that come easily to you may be your greatest talents
• The difference between your accomplishments and your gifts
• How other people's feedback can reveal strengths you don't recognize in yourself
• Why your gifts may evolve during different seasons of life
• How character strengths such as curiosity, kindness, perseverance, courage, creativity, and social intelligence contribute to well-being
• Questions you can use to uncover your own unique gifts
• How to begin using your strengths more intentionally in your career, leadership, relationships, and everyday life
You don't need another degree, title, accomplishment, or credential to become worthy of sharing what you have to offer.
Sometimes personal growth isn't about fixing what's missing.
It's about recognizing what's already there.
As you listen, consider one question:
What gifts do I already have—and how can I use them more intentionally?
If this episode resonates with you, share it with a woman who may need a reminder of everything she already brings to the world.
