Its SPOOKY SEASON!!!!

A full moon, unexplained rumbles across Ohio, and a seven-foot canine creature reportedly stalking the Michigan-Ohio border.

This spooky-season episode is for anyone who likes their folklore strange, their evidence debatable, and their local legends close to home.

the Michigan Dogman, a cryptid described as a towering, bipedal figure with a dog’s head, glowing eyes, shaggy fur, and a history of sightings stretching from 1887 to the present. Could the reports be misidentified bears, hoaxes, psychological effects, or something far more unsettling? As 2027 approaches, Melanie examines the legend’s supposed ten-year pattern and asks whether another major sighting could be coming. You’ll hear the chilling Ohio connection, including the 1972 Defiance werewolf panic, a railroad worker allegedly attacked with a piece of lumber, reports from Tiffin, and eyewitness claims that challenge the “person in a mask” explanation.

The episode also features mysterious ground vibrations reported across Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Toledo, Akron, Dayton, Canton, and Youngstown. Are they earthquakes, industrial activity, fracking, data centers, or something beneath Ohio that officials have not explained?

Do you believe the Dogman is real, a shared legend, or an elaborate hoax? Listen before the next howl comes from the woods
