概要
February 2005, Texas. An Air Force sergeant vanishes without a trace, one day before a long-awaited flight to meet his family in Maine. His wife, a successful young veterinarian from a wealthy, well-connected local family, tells police the answer is simple: he was afraid of going back to war, so he deserted. It sounds like an ordinary marriage falling apart.

But the missing man is a serviceman, and that changes everything. An elite team from the Air Force Office of Special Investigations takes over, armed with surveillance tools local police couldn’t use. A tracking dot leads to a secluded pond. A deleted browser history raises a chilling question. And a family meeting at a cemetery produces a confession nobody expected.

What do the divers find beneath the freezing water? And what do the autopsy and a falsified medication log reveal about what really happened inside that apartment?

A true story of lies, planning, and greed. Listen to the end.
