LSU AT OLE MISS — SATURDAY 7:30 ABC

LSU -3 / 58.5. Kiffin left Oxford for Baton Rouge. The Grove will not forget.

Sam Leavitt is doubtful. If LSU’s dual-threat QB is limited or out, the offense changes. Trinidad Chambliss is healthy. Erich flips to Ole Miss. Kevin stays with LSU — better roster, and he thinks the tag is Kiffin gamesmanship.

FRIDAY AND SATURDAY BOARD

No. 22 Houston at No. 13 Texas Tech — Fri 8:00 FOX, Texas Tech -7.5. Both hosts are off Tech after Abilene Christian and a sweaty win in Corvallis. Willie Fritz and Makai Hughes get the Houston upset lean.

No. 16 SMU at No. 23 Louisville — Sat 3:30 ESPN2, Louisville -1.5. Kevin Jennings vs Lincoln Kienholz. Kevin: Louisville. Erich: SMU if Jennings plays clean. ACC title-game positioning.

Florida State at No. 10 Alabama — Sat 3:30 ABC, Alabama -19.5. Both smell a blowout. AD fired. Norvell’s seat is burning. Bama looked clean at Kentucky. Erich 42-12. Kevin 38-10.

Mississippi State at South Carolina — Sat 4:15 SECN, South Carolina -3.5. Kamario Taylor vs LaNorris Sellers. Both take the Bulldogs after the 38-13 win at Minnesota. Dylan Stewart’s status matters.

Florida at Auburn — Sat 7:00 ESPN, Florida -2.5. New Coaches Bowl. First Gators trip to Jordan-Hare since 2011. Both flipped to Florida. Auburn’s line took 22 pressures vs Baylor. Erich’s game of the week.

Michigan State at No. 3 Notre Dame — Sat 7:30 NBC, Notre Dame -29.5. Can the Irish run? Fitzgerald’s year-one Spartans are the test. Erich does not have ND as a top-five team yet.
