We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into on this drive… We rode from Moab to Potash and then headed onto Shafer Trail—and WOW, this was an adventure!The road climbs along the canyon walls with incredible views, and steep drop-offs.
At times, I was definitely holding my breath! It took us a couple of hours, and navigation doesn’t always work out here, so download your maps before you go! You can usually follow the trail, but don’t count on having service.
This was one of those drives where the journey was every bit as amazing as the destination.
