This episode features an interview with Andy Waiters and Jaiden Gomez. Jaiden is working to build a new rowing program at Morgan State University, and Andy is working to re-establish the Howard University rowing program. They are joined by Jorja Bunyon-Nelson, a Howard student and PCR Alumna, and two PCR student-athletes and interviewers, King and Cherish, who have prepared questions all about the process, challenges, and opportunities related to building rowing programs at Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
