  • Tiny Things Saving My Mental Health Right Now
    2026/09/02

Some seasons are not a full crisis… they are just a lot.

In this episode of The Watch Me Podcast, I’m talking about the tiny things saving my mental health right now. Not the perfect morning routine. Not the aesthetic wellness checklist. Not a full life overhaul.

Just the real things that are helping me feel a little more grounded in the middle of work, motherhood, school schedules, kids’ activities, dream-building, mental load, and the everyday chaos of being a human with a loud brain.

I’m sharing the small habits that are actually making a difference for me right now: doing the dishes before they turn into an emotional event, resetting the kitchen before bed, eating breakfast, journaling, keeping an evidence document, taking morning walks after school drop-off, putting my phone down before bedtime, reading fantasy books, getting outside, taking baths, and using mirror work without making it weird. Well… maybe a little weird.

This episode is for the woman who feels overstimulated, tired, stretched thin, or like she keeps waiting for life to calm down before she takes care of herself.

You do not have to fix your whole life to take care of your mind.

Pick one tiny thing. Let it be small. Let it count.

  • Let’s Talk About It: ADHD in Adults, Women, Moms, Medication & the Shame No One Talks About
    2026/08/17

ADHD is not laziness. It is not a character flaw. It is not “just being distracted.” And it is definitely not an excuse.

In this episode of Watch Me, I’m kicking off the new Let’s Talk About It series with a real, honest conversation about ADHD in adults — what people think it is, what it can actually look like, and why so many people, especially women and moms, go years feeling broken when they were really unsupported.

I talk about being diagnosed with ADHD in 2008, what it felt like to struggle in school even when I was trying, the grief that can come with understanding your brain later in life, and why medication, reminders, lists, timers, and systems are not weakness — they are tools.

    This episode gets into:

    • What ADHD actually affects beyond focus
    • ADHD in adults, women, and moms
    • The shame of being called lazy, dramatic, careless, or “too much”
    • Late diagnosis grief and the relief of finally having language
    • Medication stigma and why support is not weakness
    • High-functioning ADHD and the exhaustion people do not see
    • Tangible tools for living with ADHD in real life
    • How to support someone with ADHD without shaming them

If you have ever felt like your brain is too loud, your life is harder than it should be, or you are constantly trying to prove you are not lazy — this episode is for you.

ADHD is not an excuse, but it is context. And context gives you somewhere to start.

  • Why Mental Health Matters: Stop Surviving a Life You Deserve to Feel
    2026/08/10

You can be functioning, showing up, getting things done, and still be quietly exhausted inside your own mind.

In this episode of The Watch Me Podcast, we’re talking about why mental health matters — not just when you’re in crisis, not just if you have a diagnosis, and not just when life finally falls apart. Mental health matters because it affects the way you think, feel, love, parent, work, dream, handle stress, and experience your own life.

We may not all have a mental illness, but every single one of us has mental health.

This episode is for the woman who keeps saying “I’m fine” because she doesn’t know how to explain how heavy everything feels. It’s for the person who has been calling survival strength. It’s for anyone who needs the reminder that putting your mental health first is not selfish — it’s necessary.

In this episode, we talk about:

✨ What mental health actually means
✨ Why functioning is not the same as being well
✨ How your mental health affects your body, relationships, confidence, and ✨ dreams
✨ Why therapy, medication, and asking for help are not weaknesses
✨ How shame keeps people silent
✨ Why mental health matters even more when you live with a mental illness
✨ How to put your mental health first without feeling selfish

Your mental health is not a side project. It is the foundation.

You deserve more than functional. You deserve full.

If this episode speaks to you, make sure you subscribe to The Watch Me Podcast, leave a comment, and share it with someone who needs the reminder that they are not broken, weak, dramatic, or too much.

  • The Exhausting Habit of Overthinking
    2026/08/03

Overthinking can feel like being responsible, thoughtful, and self-aware… until suddenly you’re lying in bed replaying every conversation, questioning every decision, and putting your whole life on trial after 9 p.m.

In this episode of The Watch Me Podcast, Lauren talks about the exhausting habit of overthinking and how it shows up in motherhood, friendships, relationships, big dreams, and late-night mental spirals. This episode breaks down the difference between reflection and rumination, why overthinking often starts as protection, and how to stop treating every anxious thought like truth.

If you constantly replay what you said, wonder if you did enough as a mom, overanalyze texts, spiral about what people think, or talk yourself out of big dreams before you even start, this episode is for you.

In this episode, we talk about:

✨ Why overthinking feels productive but keeps you stuck
✨ The difference between reflection and rumination
✨ How to stop spiraling after 9 p.m.
✨ Mom guilt and the “did I do enough?” mental loop
✨ Why anxiety is not always intuition
✨ How to stop solving other people’s silence
✨ The CHOOSE Method for interrupting overthinking
✨ How to repair instead of replay
✨ Why confidence is choosing yourself before your brain gets quiet

Overthinking is not always wisdom. Sometimes it is fear trying to sound responsible.

    2026/06/29

You can know you’re worthy and still live like your worth is on trial.

You can build confidence, grow, heal, help people, achieve the goal, check the boxes, and still quietly wonder, “Why doesn’t this feel like enough?”

In Part 2 of this Worthy conversation, inspired by Jamie Kern Lima’s book Worthy, Lauren talks about fulfillment, self-worth, and what it really means to build a life that feels like yours.

Because fulfillment is not about becoming more impressive.

✨ Why success can still feel empty when self-worth is missing

✨ Jamie Kern Lima’s True Fulfillment Equation

✨ Why self-worth is the multiplier

✨ How confidence can become performance without self-worth

✨ Why growth can turn into punishment when it comes from shame

    2026/06/22

What if the problem was never that you needed to become more worthy?

What if the real work was unlearning the lie that said you weren’t worthy in the first place?

In this episode of The Watch Me Podcast, Lauren starts Part 1 of the Worthy conversation, inspired by Jamie Kern Lima’s book Worthy. This episode is for the woman who looks confident on the outside but still feels like she has to prove her value every single day.

Because your worth is not waiting at the finish line.

    It came with you.

In this episode, we talk about:

✨ The quiet lie so many women carry: “I’m not worthy”

✨ The difference between confidence and self-worth

✨ Why achievement does not always make you feel enough

✨ How people-pleasing, overthinking, and proving can come from a worth wound

✨ Why being needed is not the same as being valued

✨ Jamie Kern Lima’s tangible shortcuts for rebuilding self-worth

✨ How to start living like your worth was never up for debate

This one is for the woman who is tired of chasing proof, shrinking herself, apologizing for having needs, and waiting for the next version of herself to finally feel worthy.

  • Healing: How to Let Go of Shame, Trauma, and the Past
    2026/06/15

You can know exactly why you’re hurting and still not be healed.

In this episode of Watch Me, Lauren gets honest about the difference between being self-aware and actually healing. Because sometimes we can name the trigger, explain the pattern, understand the wound, and still feel stuck in the same shame, fear, and old stories.

This conversation goes deeper than “doing the work.” Lauren talks about what it means to stop intellectualizing your pain and start actually sitting with the part of you that has been carrying it. Through personal story, honest reflection, and powerful insight, this episode explores shame, trauma, emotional triggers, self-forgiveness, inner child healing, shadow work, and why letting go of the past can feel so hard.

If you’ve ever thought, “I know why I feel this way… so why am I still stuck?” this episode is for you.

Lauren shares how healing is not about pretending the past didn’t happen, excusing harmful choices, or forcing yourself to “get over it.” Real healing is learning how to honor what happened, take accountability without destroying yourself, forgive the version of you who was doing the best she could, and stop letting old pain have unlimited access to your present.

This episode is for the woman who is tired of explaining the wound and ready to stop leaving herself in the dark.

In this episode, Lauren talks about:

✨ Why self-awareness is not the same as healing

✨ How shame convinces you your worst choices define you

✨ Why trauma can make your body react like the past is still happening

✨ What it means to feel your emotions without letting them run your life

✨ How shadow work and inner child healing can help you face what you’ve avoided

✨ Why healing is not forgetting, excusing, or rushing yourself to move on

✨ How to start choosing truth, compassion, and freedom over shame

Healing is not pretending the dark room never existed. Healing is walking in, holding your own hand, and deciding you are not leaving yourself there anymore.

  • Dream Bigger, Babe: Stop Settling, Start Chasing the Life You Actually Want
    2026/06/08

What if the life you want is not too big? What if you’ve just been trained to think too small?

In this episode of Watch Me, we’re getting honest about why so many women settle for less than what they actually want. I’m talking about the fear, the self-doubt, the “be realistic” conditioning, the waiting, the hiding, and the lie that wanting more makes you selfish or delusional.

We’re talking about what it really means to dream bigger, why confidence does not come before action, how motherhood does not cancel your calling, and why staying small will cost you more than failing ever will.

This episode is for the woman who knows there is more in her. More life. More impact. More voice. More purpose. If you’ve been stuck between what you want and what fear keeps talking you out of, this one is for you.

You do not need more permission.
    You need one brave move.
