Watch Me – Winning the War in Your Mind is a podcast hosted by Lauren “Lo” Fritts for women who are ready to stop letting fear, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs run the show. After living with Bipolar 1 and refusing to let it define, shrink, or silence her, Lauren created this podcast to help other women challenge the stories in their heads, break mental health stigma, and see that they are still capable of building a powerful, beautiful life.

With honest conversations, real-life stories, tough-love truth, and the lessons she’s learned through motherhood, ambition, healing, and personal growth, Lauren is using her voice and her story to help others feel seen, understood, and stronger in their own journey. This is about winning the war in your mind, owning your story, and becoming the woman you were always meant to be.

  • Tiny Things Saving My Mental Health Right Now
    2026/09/02

Some seasons are not a full crisis… they are just a lot.

In this episode of The Watch Me Podcast, I’m talking about the tiny things saving my mental health right now. Not the perfect morning routine. Not the aesthetic wellness checklist. Not a full life overhaul.

Just the real things that are helping me feel a little more grounded in the middle of work, motherhood, school schedules, kids’ activities, dream-building, mental load, and the everyday chaos of being a human with a loud brain.

I’m sharing the small habits that are actually making a difference for me right now: doing the dishes before they turn into an emotional event, resetting the kitchen before bed, eating breakfast, journaling, keeping an evidence document, taking morning walks after school drop-off, putting my phone down before bedtime, reading fantasy books, getting outside, taking baths, and using mirror work without making it weird. Well… maybe a little weird.

This episode is for the woman who feels overstimulated, tired, stretched thin, or like she keeps waiting for life to calm down before she takes care of herself.

You do not have to fix your whole life to take care of your mind.

Pick one tiny thing. Let it be small. Let it count.

  • Let’s Talk About It: ADHD in Adults, Women, Moms, Medication & the Shame No One Talks About
    2026/08/17

ADHD is not laziness. It is not a character flaw. It is not “just being distracted.” And it is definitely not an excuse.

In this episode of Watch Me, I’m kicking off the new Let’s Talk About It series with a real, honest conversation about ADHD in adults — what people think it is, what it can actually look like, and why so many people, especially women and moms, go years feeling broken when they were really unsupported.

I talk about being diagnosed with ADHD in 2008, what it felt like to struggle in school even when I was trying, the grief that can come with understanding your brain later in life, and why medication, reminders, lists, timers, and systems are not weakness — they are tools.

    This episode gets into:

    • What ADHD actually affects beyond focus
    • ADHD in adults, women, and moms
    • The shame of being called lazy, dramatic, careless, or “too much”
    • Late diagnosis grief and the relief of finally having language
    • Medication stigma and why support is not weakness
    • High-functioning ADHD and the exhaustion people do not see
    • Tangible tools for living with ADHD in real life
    • How to support someone with ADHD without shaming them

If you have ever felt like your brain is too loud, your life is harder than it should be, or you are constantly trying to prove you are not lazy — this episode is for you.

ADHD is not an excuse, but it is context. And context gives you somewhere to start.

  • Why Mental Health Matters: Stop Surviving a Life You Deserve to Feel
    2026/08/10

You can be functioning, showing up, getting things done, and still be quietly exhausted inside your own mind.

In this episode of The Watch Me Podcast, we’re talking about why mental health matters — not just when you’re in crisis, not just if you have a diagnosis, and not just when life finally falls apart. Mental health matters because it affects the way you think, feel, love, parent, work, dream, handle stress, and experience your own life.

We may not all have a mental illness, but every single one of us has mental health.

This episode is for the woman who keeps saying “I’m fine” because she doesn’t know how to explain how heavy everything feels. It’s for the person who has been calling survival strength. It’s for anyone who needs the reminder that putting your mental health first is not selfish — it’s necessary.

In this episode, we talk about:

✨ What mental health actually means
✨ Why functioning is not the same as being well
✨ How your mental health affects your body, relationships, confidence, and ✨ dreams
✨ Why therapy, medication, and asking for help are not weaknesses
✨ How shame keeps people silent
✨ Why mental health matters even more when you live with a mental illness
✨ How to put your mental health first without feeling selfish

Your mental health is not a side project. It is the foundation.

You deserve more than functional. You deserve full.

If this episode speaks to you, make sure you subscribe to The Watch Me Podcast, leave a comment, and share it with someone who needs the reminder that they are not broken, weak, dramatic, or too much.
