Thanks for joining us on the War on Marriage Podcast! In this episode, we close out our 4-part series by discussing how we can find grace and redemption of our past sins through Jesus Christ.

Our premarital sexual sins left us with an empty spot in our hearts. It was only through Jesus and our own repentance that we were able to find grace and redemption. We dive into Luke, Matthew, and Romans so see how Christ gives us grace, even when we so often fall back into our sins.

Thanks for joining us on the War on Marriage Podcast! In this episode, we continue the Our Story series by looking at how to be ruthless with our sin.

Jesus teaches us, in Matthew 5:29-30, how to handle sin. In this specific case, He is speaking about adultery and sexual sin. He calls us to gouge out our eyes and cut off our hands when we find sin infiltrating our lives. He, of course, does not mean to literally gouge or cut these things out but to deal with sin in such a ruthless manner that it would be impossible for you to continue committing this sin again.

Thanks for joining us on the War on Marriage Podcast! In this episode, we continue the Our Stories series by discussing the importance of vows and covenants.

We dive into Ecclesiastes 5:4-7 to understand the importance of vows with the Lord. Verse 7 stuck out to us the most and can explain why it is important to abstain from marriage; Just because you say you are going to get married does not mean you should have sex. These actions can leave scars on your heart especially if you do not end up getting married.

We also discuss the history of covenants and why marriage is "covenantal." For more information check out the Bible Project (https://bibleproject.com/explore/video/covenants/).
