Walk Worthy — Episode 3: Come With Me

What are you carrying that you were never meant to carry alone? In Matthew 11:28–30, Jesus gives one of the most powerful invitations in Scripture: Come to Me. Come when you're weary. Come when you're overwhelmed. Come when life feels heavy and you don't know how much longer you can keep going. In this episode of Walk Worthy, Chad Lail takes a deeper look at Jesus' invitation to the weary and burdened. Jesus doesn't promise that life will never be difficult. Instead, He invites us to walk with Him—to learn from Him, trust Him, and discover the rest that can only be found in His presence.

Sometimes we think we need to have everything figured out before we come to Jesus. We don't. We simply need to come. The world tells us to carry our own weight. Jesus tells us to give Him our burdens. The world tells us to keep pushing. Jesus tells us to walk with Him. Maybe today you’re exhausted from trying to do it all yourself. Maybe you've been carrying something for far too long.

Jesus is still saying, “Come to Me.” Come as you are.

    Come with your burdens.

    Come with your questions.

Come with your brokenness. And walk with Him.

    Walk Worthy. Walk With Jesus.

  • Walk Worthy Episode 2 : The Armor For Battle

Walk Worthy — Episode 2: The Armor for Battle

What does it mean to be prepared for battle? In this episode of Walk Worthy, Chad Lail briefly shares pieces of his own story—from his years as a wrestler to serving in the United States Marine Corps following 9/11. Those experiences taught him about discipline, preparation, perseverance, and what it means to stand ready when the moment comes.

But there is another battle we all face—one that isn't fought with physical strength or weapons. Chad turns to Ephesians 6 and Paul's powerful reminder to put on the full armor of God. Scripture reminds us that our struggle is not ultimately against flesh and blood, and that we need to be spiritually prepared to stand firm. From the belt of truth and breastplate of righteousness to the shield of faith, helmet of salvation, and sword of the Spirit, Chad breaks down what it means to put on God's armor and walk into each day prepared for the battles that come our way. Because just like a wrestler prepares before stepping onto the mat and a Marine prepares before stepping into battle, we have to prepare spiritually before the battle begins. The question isn't whether battles will come.

The question is: Will you be ready?

Walk Worthy. Stand Firm. Put on the Armor.

  • Episode 1 : Sitting With Jesus
    2026/09/02
In a world that constantly tells us to do more, accomplish more, and keep moving. The story of Martha and Mary reminds us of something we so easily forget: sometimes the most important thing we can do is simply sit at the feet of Jesus.

In this episode of Walk Worthy, we take a deeper look at the familiar story of Martha and Mary and the tension between serving Jesus and being present with Him. Martha was busy preparing and serving, while Mary chose to stop, listen, and sit at Jesus’ feet. When Martha became frustrated, Jesus gently reminded her that Mary had chosen what truly mattered. But what does that mean for us today?

This episode explores the difference between activity and intimacy, doing and being, serving and surrendering. It’s a reminder that our worth isn't found in how much we accomplish for God, but in knowing Him, listening to Him, and making room to simply be with Him.

Maybe you've been busy. Maybe you've been serving. Maybe you've been trying to hold everything together. Perhaps Jesus is inviting you to stop for a moment, put everything down, and sit with Him.

Sometimes walking worthy doesn't mean doing more.

Sometimes it means knowing when to sit.
