In this equal parts sweat and beer-soaked reimagining of Homer's The Odyssey and Dante's Inferno, we follow John Grant (Gary Bond) as he spirals out of control in the Australian Outback, led by the charismatically unhinged "Doc" Tydon (Donald Pleasance).
Fun fact: Ted Kotcheff's infamous psychological thriller was 1 week away from being destroyed FOREVER, before it was saved and restored to its cinematic glory, screened at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival, and chosen by the film's biggest fan, Martin Scorsese, as a 'Cannes Classic' title.
Less fun fact: it features a REAL kangaroo hunt.
