Jonathan Coachman believes WWE's confidence in Sol Ruca has taken a hit, pointing to her losing the Women's Intercontinental Championship to Raquel Rodriguez on the July 27 episode of Raw. Speaking on Developmentally Speaking, Coachman argued the title change tells Ruca behind closed doors that the company doesn't believe in her, calling her athletic as hell while describing her moveset as a highwire act. He went further, saying that asking somebody to pull off a pay-per-view move every single match is a problem, noting she has botched a few things, and concluding the belief in her is gone. Ruca made an immediate impression after arriving on the main roster this year, beating Becky Lynch to win the title at Clash in Italy.
