I’m Pamela, and I’ve spent 26 years working in the beauty, skin and aesthetics industry, running my own private skin, body and aesthetics clinic here in Co. Meath.

So why start a podcast?

Because honestly… I’ve had enough of the filters, the unrealistic expectations, the 25-step skincare routines, the “miracle” treatments and the constant pressure on women to look younger, smoother, tighter and somehow still have time to make dinner. 😂

This podcast is about cutting through the noise.

We’ll talk skin, aesthetics, treatments, menopause, confidence, ageing, women’s health, body treatments, social media and everything in between — with honest conversations and absolutely no bullshit.
