Ep. 27 Stop Second-Guessing Yourself: The Art of Soul-Led Leadership

    🌿 What Is Soul-Led Leadership?

How do we learn to trust ourselves? How do we make decisions when the path ahead isn’t clear? And how do we turn what we feel called to do into something real?

With more than 25 years of experience working with creative, community and corporate groups, Monique has dedicated her career to helping people explore their creativity, develop new ideas and create opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Her achievements include being founder behind the Gertrude Street Projection Festival, which received the Yarra City Council Australia Day Award for Best Community Event in 2009. She was also selected as one of two Australian designers to collaborate with Amnesty International and Nudie Jeans on a T-shirt design celebrating human rights, with her work showcased internationally.

Monique focuses on creative, social and wellbeing program consultancy, designing and delivering programs that encourage personal growth, community connection and mental wellbeing. Her work has also included creative workshops and gatherings that support self-expression and inclusive community experiences.

We’ll be talking about inner wisdom, self-trust, aligned action and the importance of coming back to ourselves when life gets noisy. Also her current work mentoring Soul-Led Leaders. And her Rise Real Estate Melbourne ~flourishing community villages.

  • Ep 24. Jessie Ngaio brings us Dirt Church, debuting at Melbourne Fringe 2026
    2026/09/20

I’m joined by Melbourne visual artist, performer and creative, Jessie Ngaio.

Jessie’s work lives in that delicious space where art gets a little weird, a little funny, a little provocative, and asks us to look at the world differently.

Jessie has created work exploring sexuality, identity, shame, pleasure, spirituality, vulnerability, clown archetypes and our complicated relationship with the world around us.

She has achieved 2 Green Room Awards nominations for Best Performer and best production including

her solo work Oh Yuck, It’s Me, in the Independent Theatre category.

Her latest project, Dirt Church, is making its debut at Melbourne Fringe, bringing together experimental theatre, ecosexual video art, spoken-word poetry, & comedic songs.

Her work asks some pretty big questions, but she doesn’t necessarily approach them without humour, clowning around , sexuality, vulnerability and plenty of room to question the rules we’ve inherited about who we’re supposed to be.

So today, we’re talking about finding your creative voice, embracing the weird parts of yourself, pleasure, shame, art as a form of connection, and what happens when you stop trying to fit neatly into the box.

(some of Jessie’s artwork contains sexual imagery, so you may want to check out her work) but NSFW (stands for not suitable for work)

  • Ep. 23 Jacara’s Apothecary Cabinet: Handcrafted Beauty for Ritual & Everyday Wellbeing.
    2026/09/17

Jacara’s Apothecary Cabinet: Handcrafted Beauty for Ritual & Everyday Wellbeing.

Today, we’re stepping into the world of Jacara’s Apothecary Cabinet, a handmade soap, hair and skincare company based in Bendigo, Victoria.

There’s something beautifully grounding about returning to products that are made slowly, thoughtfully and by hand. In a world filled with mass-produced beauty products and synthetic fragrances, Jacara’s Apothecary Cabinet brings us back to something simpler: natural ingredients, traditional techniques and the pleasure of caring for ourselves through the everyday rituals we often take for granted.

Jacara’s Apothecary Cabinet focuses on natural ingredients, including pure essential oils, natural clays and plant-based colourants, with soaps available both scented and unscented. The range has also grown well beyond soap, with products for skin, hair, beards and more.

And I love that idea of beauty becoming a little more connected to nature.

A bar of soap can be something we simply use every morning… or it can become part of a ritual. A beautiful scent, the feel of a handmade product, a moment to slow down and reconnect with ourselves.

So today, we’re going behind the products to discover the story, values and vision behind Jacara’s Apothecary Cabinet.

We’ll talk about the art of handmade soap, natural ingredients, the traditional cold-process method, building a small business, markets, creativity, sustainability and those little everyday rituals that can make us feel more connected to ourselves and the world around us.

And, of course, we’re going to find out more about some of the products people are loving, from Goddess soaps and shampoo bars to lip butters, beard shampoo, goat’s milk soaps, deodorant and solid lotion.

So whether you’re passionate about natural beauty, looking for gentler alternatives for your skin, or simply love discovering the person and story behind a beautiful handmade business…

let’s welcome Jacara’s Apothecary Cabinet to Voices of Vision. Stories of Soul.

  • Ep. 20 Canadian vocal coach Anna Beaumont healing through finding your authentic voice #vocalcoach
    2026/08/09

Canadian vocal coach Anna Beaumont healing through finding your authentic voice

What if your voice is telling you more about your life than you realise?

In this episode of Voices of Vision. Stories of Soul, I’m joined by the inspiring Anna Beaumont, founder of The Natural Voice, whose work is the experience of more than twenty years of studying the powerful connection between how we sing, the voice, the body, psychology, spirituality, the nervous system and the energy systems of the kundalini and chakra traditions. And her beautiful music really melted my heart.

A series that celebrates the dreamers, healers, and creators shaping a more conscious world. Through heartfelt conversations, we uncover the wisdom, purpose, and magic that move the soul and inspire transformation.

Anna’s integrative approach explores voice as something far deeper than sound.

Our voice is connected to -our breath

    -body

    -emotions

    -nervous system

    -energy

-when we feel constricted or disconnected or unsafe

-that can be reflected in the way we express ourselves

    -Why we sometimes silence ourselves

From voice training and professional vocal coaching to working with deeper and more complex vocal challenges, Anna’s work is about helping people uncover what is already within them and reconnect with their own authentic expression.

We talk about voice, healing, courage, self-expression, vibration, energy and the relationship between our inner world and the way we show up in life.

Because your natural voice may be more than the sound you make.

It may be a doorway into who you are. Anna had an established singing career from the early to late 90's. And has continued to support the industry with her musical talent.
