  • Truthfulness in Love
    2022/01/14

Are you your own worst critic? Do you say things to yourself that you would never say to someone you love? Are you tired of trying to fit the mold, or feel like you're living this life that doesn't actually reflect who you are deep inside?

In this episode I discuss two of the yogic yamas (universal morality): Ahimsa (non-harm/non-violence) and Satya (truthfulness). I encourage you to reflect on these yamas and decide today how you will shift your mindset to that of non-harm and rooted in truth.

So, find a comfy seat, get your journal and a pen and your favorite drink, and let's have a chat.

Today's episode is a special one! I have my friends, Lauren Mayer & Jenna Lockhart from Fit and Social, joining me to discuss their stories and passion for living intentionally and intuitively beyond hustle and diet culture.

After becoming completely depleted and worn out by hustle and diet culture, Lauren and Jenna have dedicated their work to tuning into their bodies and letting their intuition lead them to a life of wholeness. Now they are coaching women in how to listen to their bodies and paving a path to a new way of living.
