    --Scenario: It’s your anniversary. You’ve already planned and paid for a trip abroad with your wife. Then you get offered a ONE-TIME gig paying a LIFE-CHANGING amount of money, but it’s the exact same time as the trip. Neither can be rescheduled.
    You ONLY get these three choices:
    1. Send her on the trip with a friend or family member. You miss your anniversary together, but you take the gig and get the money.
    2. Go on the trip with her and turn down the gig. You have an amazing anniversary together, but that life-changing money is gone forever.
    3.Take the gig AND she has to cancel the trip too—but the money is YOURS. You can’t use the money on another vacation, anniversary do-over, or expensive gift for her. She simply has to accept that you chose the opportunity over the anniversary.
