このコンテンツについて
Rawan is a Palestinian-American immigrant who is heavily involved in public interest impact and tech for good. She was inspired to use her entrepreneurial spirit to make change and became an activist when her family moved back to her birthplace in Palestine.
Rawan explains the philosophy behind Monday.com's Digital-Lift platform, which is a one-stop shop for nonprofits to access discounted and free technology. The platform philosophy for technology is "digital tool kits" which provide a step-by-step guide on how to use a technology for a use case that they need, from Monday specific templates to services and technologies provided by Digital Lift partners. The platform also provides grants for nonprofits to buy the software that they need. Hitting one of our favorite topics of Product Impact (tech debt), Rawan emphasizes the importance of customer success for nonprofits, so that free is not free - there is setup time, training, and understanding.
