In mid-1990s South Africa, a job interview could mean more than employment. For women struggling to find work, it could mean stability, independence, and a way forward.
But some of those opportunities were never real.
As women disappeared and bodies were discovered across Atteridgeville, Boksburg, and Cleveland, investigators began uncovering a pattern built around false job offers and trust.
Content Warning: This episode discusses murder and sexual violence. Listener discretion is advised.
