Welcome to Vegan Visions and Viewpoints, a podcast which explores all aspects of a plant-based vegan diet along with vegan activism and more. My name is Maureen Sullivan and I have been a Registered Nurse for nearly 40 years. I have also battled obesity for most of my life and, like many of you, after the pandemic started I turned to food for comfort and solace. Realizing that my health was in danger, I started doing some research and began a plant-based vegan diet which I believe has saved my life and my sanity!
