  • Episode 11 - Door Knocking Works!
    2025/07/25

One of my favorite parts of this sale was when I told Kat, “You’re coming with me — we’re going to door knock the neighborhood!” Why? Because Kat is basically the unofficial mayor of St. Clair — she knows everyone! So together, we walked the entire neighborhood, handed out flyers, and personally invited all the neighbors to the open house with the message: “Come pick your new neighbor!” It was hot out, but we had a blast. We went back to the basics: real conversations, real hustle — and real community. You can feel the sense of community in this neighborhood — the way people know each other, look out for each other, and truly care. That’s something special — and rare. The result? Not only did Kat’s home sell for an amazing price, but I also picked up two leads from that afternoon — and one of them turned into another sale.📈 Sometimes real estate success isn’t about fancy ads — it’s about putting in the work, building relationships, and doing it the old-school way. That’s what I love — and that’s what works.
