In this solo Season 6 episode of This Fearless Life Podcast, Frances shares how she “remembered” her mediumship skills and what she plans to do with them.

She traces the journey from starting meditation in 2016–2017, through COVID, frequent intuitive healing sessions, breathwork, therapy, and years of circling astrology, tarot, and human design. She explains reconnecting in late 2025 with her teacher Michelle and being introduced to spirit baby mediumship, then starting coursework in February 2026 after several “subtle cues,” including a tarot reading encounter in the Bahamas.
