About The Host :
Dennifer moved to Nashville in 2001 to pursue her collegiate aspirations at Tennessee State University. She enjoyed her tenure at TSU so much, that she went on to complete two graduate programs while applying to various Dental programs around the country. While waiting on an acceptance letter to Dental School, she completed her Real Estate requirements after being mentored by a dear friend.
Dennifer’s passion for real estate grew and therefore, her life path was changed and her business kept growing. She now resides in a suburb of Nashville and helps clients build generational wealth by educating them on the importance of homeownership and the pros and cons of long-term renting.

Matt and Sterling are members of the LGBT Chamber of Commerce & the Nashville Realtor Association. Sterling is a volunteer Music City Greeter for the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corporation and gives free informational walks around downtown Nashville, as well as a Musicians On Call member at the (VA) Veterans Affairs hospital in Nashville.
When Matt and Sterling have free time, they enjoy hiking, being in nature, spending time with Nina (their rescue wiener dog), cooking, traveling, experiencing new cultures, working in their garden, good cigars and better whiskey, and spending time with family and friends. Oh, and they love a good s’more over an open bonfire!
