  • 8 // Why You're Blocking More Money, Opportunities & Overflow (And Don't Even Realise It)
    2026/04/24

In this episode, I’m joined by Alyce for a powerful conversation around money, self-worth, receiving, intuition, investing in yourself, and what it really takes to open yourself up to more.

We dive into why so many women say they want more — more money, more freedom, more opportunities, more support — but still find themselves holding back when it comes to actually receiving it. We talk about the deeper patterns behind this, from fear and control to the beliefs we carry around money, safety, self-worth, and what it means to truly back ourselves.

This conversation also explores the power of intuition, identity work, nervous system safety, and the shifts that happen when women stop waiting for certainty and start trusting themselves more deeply. If you’ve ever felt afraid to invest in yourself, struggled to receive more, or felt like you were being called into a bigger life but didn’t fully know how to trust it yet, this episode is for you.

Inside this episode we talk about:

    • why so many women struggle to invest in themselves
    • the link between money, self-worth, and receiving
    • fear, safety, and scarcity patterns
    • how your identity shapes what you allow yourself to have
    • intuition vs fear and how to tell the difference
    • the power of expanders and being in the right rooms
    • letting go of control and opening yourself to opportunity
    • why backing yourself changes everything

  • 7 // I didn't expect this after moving to Croatia ...
    2026/04/10

In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of what the last few months have really looked like for me… not just the highlights, but also the moments that challenged me the most.

From being on Croatian national TV, to questioning everything I thought I knew about myself, to navigating judgment, identity shifts, and learning how to truly trust my inner voice — this has been a journey of letting go of control and stepping into alignment.

I share how perfectionism used to hold me back, why taking messy action changed everything, and what it really looks like to “fail forward” and grow.

    We also dive into:

    • Why you feel disconnected from yourself
    • How people-pleasing pulls you away from your inner compass
    • What it actually means to trust yourself
    • And why life might not be meant to be lived so fast

This episode is your reminder that you don’t need to have it all figured out… you just need to start moving.

And maybe more importantly — you’re allowed to have fun again.

  • 6 // This is what happens when you stop playing small
    2026/03/27

In this episode, I reflect on a week that brought up more than I expected.

After sharing something online that reached more people than usual, I found myself navigating a new level of visibility — and with that, a lot of internal shifts. Old fears came up, especially around being seen, being misunderstood, and how quickly the mind can go into wanting to shrink or hold back.

But instead of going back into old patterns, I chose to move through it.

We talk about the fear of judgment, why you’ll never be able to control how others perceive you, and what it really looks like to stay grounded in yourself when things feel uncomfortable.

I also share the unexpected beauty that came from this experience — the connections, new opportunities, and how it all led into one of the most meaningful birthdays I’ve had in years.

This episode is a reminder that growth doesn’t always come in the way we expect… but it always shows us where we’re ready to expand.

  • 5 // When everyone said it wouldn't work (I did it anyway)
    2026/03/13

In this episode, I reflect on the past five months since leaving my life in Australia and starting over in Croatia. It hasn’t been the easiest path, and there were moments where people around me doubted whether it would work. But sometimes the most important thing you can do is trust the voice inside of you, even when others don’t understand your vision yet.

I also open up about a powerful realization I had about my parents. For a long time I carried certain expectations and emotions, until I understood that our parents did the best they could with the tools and awareness they had at the time. When we start taking responsibility for our own healing, the relationship we have with them can completely shift.

This episode is about self-trust, letting go of other people’s fears, and realizing that the real work begins when we decide to heal ourselves.

  • 4 // From Perfection to Flow
    2026/02/27

In this episode, I share what happens when you stop striving for perfection and allow yourself to create from flow instead. We explore how perfectionism disconnects us from our bodies, our truth, and our natural expression — and what becomes possible when you soften control and trust what wants to move through you. This is a reminder that your most powerful work doesn’t come from trying harder, but from being more present.

  • 3 // Understanding Relationships Through Body Awareness
    2026/02/13

In this episode of the Unleash & Align Podcast, I sit down with my dear friend Madi for a deep and honest conversation about relationships and self-connection. We explore how our relationship with our body and intuition shapes the decisions we make, and how subconscious patterns and generational trauma can influence the way we show up in love.

Together, we reflect on the role of body awareness in recognizing alignment, safety, and truth within relationships. We also open up a space for self-inquiry around how we know when a relationship has truly served its purpose — and what it means to choose ourselves with clarity and self-trust.

  • 2 // Learning to Trust the Path I Couldn’t See
    2026/01/30

In this episode, I’m sharing what it looks like to let go of control and trust the path, even when you can’t see the full picture yet.

I talk about closing a chapter that no longer felt aligned, processing grief instead of pushing it away, and how following intuitive nudges led me toward breathwork, sound healing, community, and creating the spaces I once needed myself.

We dive into why healing doesn’t happen in the mind, but in the body, how breathwork and sound support nervous system regulation, and why women heal so deeply in safe, held spaces.

This episode is for you if you’re feeling called to something new, struggling to let go, or learning to trust yourself again.

You’re not behind. You’re not lost. You’re being guided.

    2026/01/22

In this first episode, I share my journey from being the “good girl” — the perfectionist, the people pleaser — to learning how to trust myself again.

This episode is for the woman who feels the pull toward more, but is scared to choose herself.

If you’ve ever felt disconnected from your inner voice or afraid to step into your truth, this conversation is for you.
