  • Hypnosis for emotional eating during holidays
    2025/12/04

    Send us a text

In this episode, Daniel gives you a powerful hypnosis recording for one of the biggest struggles people face during the holiday season: emotional eating. When stress rises, family dynamics get tense, and old patterns resurface, food can become the quickest escape. But that escape comes at a cost — mentally, physically, and emotionally.

You’ll experience a powerful hypnosis session designed specifically to help you calm your emotions, reduce cravings, and make decisions that support the strongest, healthiest version of you.

If you’ve ever found yourself turning to food for comfort during stressful moments, especially this time of year, this episode will help you reset, refocus, and reconnect with your personal power.

For the best results listen to the hypnosis recording provided at least once daily and before holiday gatherings.

  • Farting Glitter: Wrapping Up Season 2 with Gratitude
    2025/11/20

    Send us a text

This is it, our Season 2 finale!

In this episode, we show up in the most raw and real way we ever have, completely unexpectedly. Everything just flowed, and we allowed it. What came out was the kind of laughter, honesty, chaos, catching up, and unfiltered moments (yes, even a surprise conversation about glitter farts) that usually never make it past the “before we hit record” stage.

We talk about our journey from clueless beginners to two people who just keep showing up messy and honest, because that’s where the true perspective shifts happen. We reflect on the memories we’ve made this season, the conversations that changed us, and the incredible messages and feedback from you that remind us why this podcast exists in the first place.

This episode is part celebration, part gratitude letter, part comedy, and part soul-level encouragement. Our hope is that you walk away not just laughing with us, but feeling inspired to embrace your own authenticity, the messy, the magical, and everything in between.

Keep an eye out for a possible surprise between the holidays!
    Hint: a spontaneous Christmas episode
might be dropping… because let’s be honest, we’re unpredictable like that.

If you’ve been here all season or you’re just tuning in, thank you. Truly. Your presence means more than you know. Keep being kind to yourself, kind to others, and keep letting those perspective shifts unfold, because they really can change your life.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY! SEE YOU NEXT YEAR IN JANUARY OF 2026!!

    Keeping it Real,
    Jamie & Daniel

  • Avoidance: An Olympic Sport
    2025/11/13

    Send us a text

Avoidance, we all do it. Sometimes without even realizing it. One minute, you know exactly what needs your attention… and the next thing you know, you're deep-cleaning the junk drawer, alphabetizing your spices, or scrolling through your phone like it's a full-time career.

Avoidance isn’t a flaw. It's a very human response to discomfort, uncertainty, and emotional weight. Our brains are incredibly creative at finding ways to
not face the thing in front of us, whether it's a tough conversation, a personal goal, or a feeling we’d rather not feel. And honestly… sometimes the mental gymnastics we perform to avoid our own growth deserve an Olympic medal.

Today we’re talking about why we avoid, how to recognize when we're doing it, and how we can meet ourselves with humor, honesty, and compassion instead of judgment. Because the goal isn’t to shame ourselves into action, it’s to understand what’s going on beneath the surface so we can move forward with clarity and courage… even if that courage starts with five awkward, reluctant minutes at a time.
