The question is whether the qualities that capture attention are the same qualities that sustain a relationship.

Mental health awareness has given people language to understand themselves, but social media has often reduced that language into buzzwords. When every disagreement becomes "gaslighting," every selfish person becomes a "narcissist," and every difficult relationship becomes "toxic," we lose the ability to understand people with nuance and extend grace where it's needed.

Modern Technology has given us unprecedented access to people, opportunities, and information. But instead of making us more content, it often leaves us more restless. The illusion that something better is always available can quietly rob us of gratitude, commitment, and the ability to fully invest in what is already right in front of us!!!
