Welcome to this special LIVE episode of MindGems from the Calm Creative Collection: Under the Sea LIVE Draw Along.

In this fun MindGems episode, you’ll get creative alongside Gem & her daughters (aged 2, 6 & 8 at time of recording), exploring the under sea world & connecting with them and each other in your own family.

You’ll hear chat, laughs & beautiful insights from the girls as they do the draw along with you.

This one is a favourite in Gem’s household having been completed multiple times and is the most requested.

As with all MindGems, this episode is infused with positive mind input, calming exercises & other coaching techniques, helping build a stronger emotional inner world in kids & their grown ups.

💎 It’s a transformative guided audio disguised as a fun family draw along. 🥸

While this episode is only about 20 mins long, participants have been known to engage in this draw-along for closer to an hour. 🥳🥳

The grown-ups can use this time as space for themselves to complete tasks or have a sneaky lie down OR

they can create a beautiful connection with their kids & a sparklier mind themselves, while joining in too.

> either decision is perfect! 👌

Note from Coach Gem: thank you for all the positive feedback around these MindGems episodes! In only 2 weeks we’ve already been discovered in 9 different countries. How wonderful 🥰
