    In this episode, I’m joined by Louise Brown, founder of Tranquil Space - a heart‑led wellbeing sanctuary in Uttoxeter supporting women to slow down, reconnect and step into their power. Lou is a holistic therapist, sound practitioner, meditation instructor, women’s circle facilitator and retreat host who creates nurturing spaces for rest, healing and emotional regulation.


    Her journey into this vocation wasn’t a straight path - it was intuitive, spiritual and deeply guided. After a decade working in the NHS and navigating her own mental health challenges, Lou found herself being led by the universe toward a path of service. The practices that helped her heal became the tools she now shares with others and became the foundation of Tranquil Space.


    In our conversation, we explore what it means to follow the signs, trust your calling and step into the work you were always meant to do. We talk about the power of slowing down, the magic of women gathering, and the quiet ways the universe nudges us toward our purpose.
