  • E7: Suffering and Gratitude
    2025/09/23

In this episode, Whitney and Kayla open up about the reality of suffering—how it can break us down, but also how God uses it to draw us closer to Him. The world may not understand it, but Scripture tells us that trials build endurance, character, and hope (Romans 5:3–5, James 1:2–3).

They share their own stories of suffering, the lessons they’ve learned in the fire, and the gratitude they’ve discovered along the way. They also talk about the importance of helping one another carry the weight through prayer and community.

This conversation is an honest reminder that our suffering is never wasted—it’s an invitation to deeper faith and a stronger walk with Christ.

  • E6: Go Home and Love Your Family
    2025/09/12

Kayla and Whitney sit down to wrestle with life lately—the weight of horrible world events, the heartbreak of the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk, and the ache of asking, “Where do we go from here?” Together, they lean into Scripture, clinging to the promise of Romans 8:28—that even in the darkest moments, God is still sovereign, still present, and still working all things together for good. This is a raw and real conversation about pain, faith, and holding onto hope when the world feels upside down.

  • E5: Of Course Obedience is Uncomfortable
    2025/04/17

In today’s episode, we’re celebrating our wins—yay for a day at home to clean and a new volleyball coaching job! Then we dive into the topic of obedience. Kayla shares how faith-filled obedience isn’t about your age, but about how willing you are to follow God’s calling on your life. Whit talks about her own obedience journey with God, which has meant letting go of certain people, things, and events. And don’t miss Kayla hilariously failing to rap “amen” at the end. Wishing everyone a blessed Easter!

  • E4: That Guy Paul...
    2025/04/09

In this episode, we’re asking two big questions: “Is that an attribute of God?” and “Is that thought from God?” What started as a casual convo turned into a Spirit-led deep dive into Philippians and Galatians—and no, we didn’t plan this. We’ve just been diving back into the Word, and it’s amazing how God works.

We talk about how that guy Paul (inspired by the Holy Spirit) to write letters that are still speaking straight into our lives today. From checking our thoughts against God's character, to seeing how grace and truth are woven through it all—this conversation got real in the best way.

Oh—and Whit sings at the end. So, stick around. 😉

  • E3: The Ministry of Motherhood
    2025/03/05

In this episode, not only does Whitney sing alto—maybe even tenor—but we’re diving into the conversation about motherhood and how we were NEVER meant to do it alone. Not without friends, and definitely not without GOD!

Some of what we discuss may be hard to hear for those carrying different crosses in motherhood, and we want to remind you that every situation is unique. We can all pray for one another, and Romans 5:3-5 is a powerful reminder of why we endure suffering in different ways.

Quick side note: when we talk about having something for yourself outside of motherhood, we’re not just talking about a job or making money. It could be working out, reading, crocheting, spending time with animals—whatever fills your cup. It looks different for everyone!
