    Two Yogis over Tea presents the following series on Asana, or yoga poses. During this series we will be introducing the Sanskrit names for the poses as well as the energy body areas that are affected. Our goal is to present the source material in a respectful and easy to digest fashion.

    As you’re entering the New Year, yoga is a popular way to reconnect to the body with so many other benefits that go along with it. This is a great path forward for self improvement with grace. These are simple, natural, and clean methods to improve our health in mind, body and spirit for all stages of life.
