In the latest episode of Two PiGs in a Pod, we sit down with Luke Hatfield of Hatfield Installations to chart his career in the fenestration industry, from his early days working with his dad, to running his own business and becoming a passionate advocate for the sector.

Luke opens up about the times he tried to leave the industry, what kept bringing him back, the lessons he's learnt along the way and the proud moments that have shaped his journey.

But this conversation is about much more than one person's career. Luke is passionate about the opportunities glazing offers and believes the industry needs to come together to shout louder about what it has to offer.

We discuss why so many young people don't know about fenestration, how businesses can help attract and develop the next generation, and why installers have a vital role to play in giving people that first opportunity.

From building a successful career to starting your own business, there's plenty of advice for anyone looking to take their next step in the sector.
