It's The Summertime Safety Show—a special two-part episode with Old Mrs. Moody and Catbaloo! They're talking about rules that can help keep you safe on your bike and at the swimming pool.
Oh dear! Old Mrs. Moody gets into trouble with the lifeguard for running on the pool deck, and to make matters worse, Thelma is right there and sees the whole thing. But soon, it's Thelma who's in trouble with the lifeguard when she dives into shallow water!
Then, when Old Mrs. Moody and Catbaloo encounter a group of kids riding their bikes on the sidewalk, they discover that the kids are on their way to a Bicycle Rodeo to learn all about bicycle safety.
It sounds like so much fun that Old Mrs. Moody hurries home to get her old bike so she can ride in the rodeo with them!
